Returns

Nuggets by Grant offers a 60-day return policy on purchases made through PayPal. If your purchase was made using another payment method, we offer store credit only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Item is not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts, not due to our error
  • Item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)
  • Contact your bank for additional processing details

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@nuggetsbygrant.com and ship your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
